To minimise the risk of this happening, we package your goods well using bubble wrap, corner protectors and cardboard as and when we feel it is necessary.  We also use a "caged" service, where parcels are segregated from the rest carried in the courier's vehicles.

Your goods are insured whilst in transit, so if they are damaged, we can usually replace them free of charge AS LONG AS YOU INFORM US STRAIGHT AWAY!

Our packing slip, which you will find on every consignment we send, bears an easily visible reminder, in bold type and highlighted in yellow.  We need to know about damaged goods as soon as you receive them, otherwise we cannot claim off the courier.  They claim, quite reasonably, that they have no control over the goods once they have been delivered, and that any mishap could befall them!

We do our best to prevent damage, but it does still happen from time to time, despite our best efforts.  We try to help out where it does happen.  Please help us to help you by checking your deliveries as soon as you receive them.
